History

CERCON Group was founded by its current manager Mark Hill, a former corporate executive and financial officer experienced in corporate assessment, growth, dispute resolution, private and government construction claims, project organization and management and contract negotiations.  In 1999 while serving as Executive Vice President of a construction services company, he was recruited by one of the Principals of the company to provide turnaround services to a family construction business.  That same year he launched the company that would eventually become CERCON Group and successfully helped regain control and financial success of the construction company.  

That initial success has turned into nearly 20 years of successful work on behalf of numerous business across the country.  All of CERCON Group's clients to date have come through referrals by other clients, colleagues, and even through companies against which we successfully negotiated on behalf of our clients.  We take our reputation very seriously and work to ensure that client expectations are not only met, but exceeded when possible.
